Research

Ongoing

  • Sarada Rajeev, Jon Pakianathan, Hopf Algebras/Quantum Groups

    • Applications of Hopf Algebras looking in statistical mechanical systems, expanding to fluid mechanics, quantum computing, and Gauge theories

    • Expository paper detailing Hopf Algebras and their hopeful application to statistical mechanics systems, including a one-dimensional model with a phase transition.

  • Alex Iosevich, Emmett Wyman, VC-Dimension and Witness Sets

    • Using VC-Dimension theory to construct witness sets in fractal settings.

    • Expository paper going through a simple example of constructing fractal witness sets.

Previous

  • Sarada Rajeev, Quantum Probability

    • Spring 2021

    • Examining probability in a two state quantum random walk, satisfying a different probabilistic axiom

    • Honors Math, Physics Thesis

  • Chen Ding, Systems Group of Computer Science Department, Examining Cache Complexity

  • Alex Iosevich, the polynomial method over finite fields

    • Summer 2019

Mentoring

I am currently directing the graduate student association's reading program for undergraduates. I run my own program based on the research I am doing. Feel free to send me an email if you are interested in participating.
